Summary: With a young baby growing fast, Dexter, Michigan, residents Julie and Steven Wineman have decided it's time to move to a larger house. They hope that their real-estate agent Kathy Toth will be able to find them a four-bedroom home that is in their price range and located in the same neighborhood they have grown to love.

Summary: Holly and Steve Hartell, their daughter, Nellie, and dog, Grady, live just outside Alexandria, Virginia, in a charming family-friendly area called Del Ray. They are ready to look for a bigger place, and they would love to stay in the same neighborhood. Together, the duo are hoping to find the perfect move-in ready two-bed, two-bath condo that is within Michael's $500,000 price range.
