Summary: Four turtles fall into the sewers and are befriended by Hamato Yoshi a Japanese man sent to New York who was forced to live in the sewers. One day he sees a strange green glow which transforms the four turtles into human-like creatures. Hamato (now Master Splinter) changes into a giant rat from the green glow and teaches the turtles the skills of the ninja as they team up with news reporter April O'Neil to battle against Yoshi's arch enemy Shredder and Krang, an alien warlord from Dimension X.

Summary: Michaelangelo awakes in the middle of the night from a bad dream. Unable to remember what it was about, Splinter assists him through hypnotism. Mikey vividly recalls the day that he and his brothers fell into the sewer and landed in the green ooze but he also sees a small lizard crawling through the contaminant.

Summary: In the frozen tundra of the Arctic Polar Cap, Krang rants and raves that Rocksteady and Bebop will not return in time with the Bindex 3 to load the mutagen into the rocket ship's fuel tanks before lift off. Krang' plans turn all the City's inhabitants into horribly disfigured mutants from the vapor trails of the fuel used to lift the rocket.

Summary: The turtles unmask the dragon as they prove that the menacing creature is actually operated by two renegade Turtleoid delegates. Kerma return the turtles back to Earth, where they destroy Shredder's new Technodrome Mark II and afterwards defeat Chrome Dome.
