The sister is a super student with a super sunny disposition who super looks forward to being a superhero someday, and her twin brother is a super villain.

Summary: Phoebe and Max Thunderman have to babysit their younger siblings, Billy and Nora Thunderman, while their parents, Hank and Barb go out to dinner. Phoebe invites her best friend Cherry over and accidentally exposes the families super power abilities. Meanwhile, Hank and Barb are out for dinner and Hank (Thunderman) has to replace a party entertainer.
