Summary: The lives of a Shakespearian theatre group and their personal struggles to organize the production of 'Hamlet'. In the past, Dante, Oliveira and Elen, were friends and part of a theatrical company. During a performance of Hamlet, in which Dante was the protagonist, he collapses and runs away, disappearing. It ended up changing their lives. Seven years later they find themselves face to face again in two different companies.

Summary: Seven years after suffering a mental breakdown during a performance of "Hamlet" at a theater festival, Dante is managing the Teatro Sans Argent (Theater Without Money). Oliveira, still the artistic director at the festival, is mounting his tenth identical production of "A Midsummer Night's Dream", and is worried that his has lost his creative edge.

Summary: Ana brings Dante Oliveira's notes on the play. Ricardo learns Bárbaro has published a story about the company's money woes. Ricardo gets a massive loan with the advisor of the Minister of Culture and promises to pay it back at the end of the season. Dante has a nightmare about Oliveira's death and wakes up disturbed.

Summary: A cast member has an accident. Ana is appalled at the results of the new advertising campaign. Oliveira's ghost complains to Dante about the actresses' performance in the rehearsal. Elen and Dante fight over Oliveira. Oswald Tomas returns to the theater.
