Summary: Hugh is trying to change the opinion of veal, which has recently been avoided in Britain on the grounds of poor welfare. He visits a local farm that is producing welfare friendly veal animals to explore the problem further. Armed with culinary veal delights he then heads to Taunton farmers market to put the welfare friendly meat to the public vote.
