Summary: As Jim struggles and decides he doesn't belong in the house or the kitchen, Marco and the rest of the brigade attempt to talk Jim down from the proverbial ledge. Summary: Marco begins the day by asking the chefs to prepare him breakfast. After being given onions, mushrooms, eggs and steaks to create a morning feast for Marco, he samples all of the breakfasts then teaches his daily master class with everyone's favorite, steak. There's a mix up in the kitchen later on in the show and the brigade is frazzled as the chefs must rely on teamwork to finish the evening's service.

Summary: Contestants getting squeamish over preparing pigeons, the contestants families offer up their opinions of their loved ones in the competition so far, Chef Marco hunts a deer to prepare in front of the brigade, and that's just the first half of the show! An irritated Marco has customers thrown out of the restaurant during service and the stressful evening comes to a head when one of the contestants makes a hasty exit.
