Summary: Birds of a Feather is a British sitcom that was broadcast on BBC One from 1989 until 1998 and on ITV from 2013. Starring Pauline Quirke, Linda Robson and Lesley Joseph, it was created by Laurence Marks and Maurice Gran, who also wrote some of the episodes along with many other writers. The first episode sees sisters Tracey Stubbs and Sharon Theodopolopodos brought together when their husbands are sent to prison for armed robbery. Sharon, who lived in an Edmonton council flat, moves into Tracey's expensive house in Chigwell, Essex. Their next-door neighbour, and later friend, Dorien Green is a middle-aged married woman who is constantly having affairs with younger men. In the later series the location is changed to Hainault. The series ended on Christmas Eve 1998 after a 9-year-run.

Summary: Sharon is looking for a man, but the one she likes is attracted to Tracey.

Episode 2: Bang

Summary: It's an explosive time in Chigwell, with upheavals for Sharon, Tracey and Dorien.

Episode 3: Non-Starter

Summary: Dorien tries, and fails, to sell her unwanted furniture, and Sharon badgers Tracey into giving her driving lessons; after one of Sharon's disastrous driving tests it doesn't take long for Tracey's nerves to go bad. Eventually, Sharon's driving errors lead to her crashing into the van taking Darryl and Chris to a new prison, and the girls are suspected of organising a jail-break - before making the joke spot on the news.

Summary: After a spate of burglaries, the sisters find themselves on the agenda of a Neighbourhood Watch meeting at Dorien's house. But is there a connection between the crimes and the anonymous letters and calls Tracey has been receiving?

Summary: Dorien's husband goes missing, and she's later seen digging a suspiciously man-shaped hole in the garden, prompting Sharon and Tracey to fear their man-hungry neighbour has taken to murder as a sideline.

Summary: A family tragedy wins Sharon's husband leave from prisonâ€”but he takes the opportunity to do a runner.
