Summary: Annika Bengtzon is a journalist and working mother of two struggling to keep her marriage alive. Fearless in her search for the truth, she won't take no for an answer from anyone: not from prestigious academicians, or drug dealers or from colleagues inside her own profession. Her passion for getting the story may bring her into dangerous situations, but it ultimately allows her to peer into the heart of every crime. Annika's not afraid to square off with hardened criminals, but her toughest challenge seems to be trying to balance the job with her sometimes tumultuous private life.

Episode 1: Nobels Last Will

Summary: Annika Bengtzon is at the Nobelfeast in Stadshuset in Stockholm. An uninvited guest shoots one of the nobelpricewinners and the Nobel Committée spokeswoman Caroline von Behring, and then disappears. Annika Bengtzon is drawn in to the drama - as a witness.
Episode 2: Prime Time

Summary: A tv-crew is shooting a tv-series on an isolated castle. After a farewell-party on the castle, the programhost Michelle Carlsson is found shot. Annika Bengtzon get the assignment to watch and write about the murder, when she finds out that one of her best friends was in the castle on the night of the murder, and that she is the main suspect. Bengtzon now has to solve the mystery, and rid her friend of the accusation.
Episode 3: Studio Sex

Summary: A young woman is found dead in a park. It turns out, that the dead woman worked at the stripclub Studio Sex and that a high-up politician visited the club on the night of her murder. Annika Bengtzon gets to write about the murder, and that stirs up memories from her own past ... something she would rather have forgotten.

Summary: A murder of a journalist/reporter in the north of Sweden, is connected to an act of terrorism committed many years earlier. Annika Bengtzon starts a hunt, that leads her into a spiral of terrorism and the remains of a sixties leftwing activistgroup, with connections to the government.
Episode 6: A Place in the Sun

Summary: A swedish family gets killed while on holiday on the sunny coast of Spain. Annika Bengtzon travels to Spain, to report about the case, and discovers that the oldest daughter is missing. Annika discovers a connection to a drug-route between Marocco and Sweden.
