Episode 1: Big Foot; Snake Tank; Floor Drop (Celebrity Edition)

Summary: This episode featured six celebrity contestants competing for charity. The winner would receive $50,000 for their charity, and the others would receive $10,000 for their charities. Stunt #1: Big Foot Contestants would be sitting in a car at the end of a line of junkyard cars. As a monster truck drove over the line of cars, contestants would have to find which of six keys started the car and drive over a finish line. If their car was crushed by the monster truck, they could still continue if the car would start. The two men and the two women to cross the finish line the fastest would advance to the next round. The others would be eliminated. Stunt #2: Snake Tank Contestants would have to swim to the bottom of a water tank occupied by over 1,000 snakes, including a 10-foot long albino Burmese python. Summary: Stunt #1: Counter Balance Beam Contestants would have to release up to 12 flags from the edges of an 8-foot by 24-foot see-saw platform over 100 feet in the air. The two men and the two women to release the most flags the fastest before falling would advance to the next round. The others would be eliminated. Stunt #2: Weenie Roast Contestants would play a matching game to determine whether they would have to eat the penis of a deer, elk, bull, or water buffalo. If they got the deer or elk penis, they would have 5 minutes to eat it. If they got the bull or water buffalo penis, they would have 10 minutes. Contestants who ate their animal penis within the time limit would advance to the finals. Stunt #3: Swinging Rope Bridge Contestants would have to cross a series of wooden swings suspended over 100 feet high. Summary: Stunt #1: Traverse the Dam Suspended high over a dam was a 350-foot long tightrope with flags attached. Contestants would have to cross the tightrope and collect flags while holding on to a higher tightrope for support. The two men and the two women to collect the most flags in 5 minutes would advance to the next round. The others would be eliminated. Stunt #2: Bee Headed Contestants would be covered with over 200,000 honeybees. Once covered, they would have stand for 2 minutes covered in bees. All contestants who completed this stunt would advance to the finals. Stunt #3: Watery Coffin Contestants would be locked inside a Plexiglas box full of holes and submerged underwater. Once a red light came on, they would have to figure out which of 2 keys unlocked the coffin and swim to the surface. Episode 4: Stage Coach Drag; Fish Dinner; Pipe to Pipe to Pipe

Summary: Stunt #1: Sage Coach Drag Contestants would start out holding onto a cargo net being dragged behind a covered wagon pulled by two horses. They would have to pull themselves up the cargo net and get inside the wagon. Everyone who completed this stunt would advance to the next round. Stunt #2: Fish Dinner Contestants would have to reach deep inside a dead 15-pound cod fish and pull out a numbered chip. The number on the chip would determine whether they would have to eat cod liver, cod sperm, cod egg sacs, or a combo plate of all three. The two men and the two women to finish their fish dinner the fastest would advance to the finals. The others would be eliminated. Stunt #3: Pipe to Pipe to Pipe As water rained down on them, contestants would have to walk along three large pipes suspended over 100 feet in the air. Summary: Stunt #1: Speedboat to Helicopter Ladder Contestants would be riding on the back of a speedboat as a helicopter flew overhead. They would have to grab on to a 20-foot rope ladder hanging from the helicopter and climb it. The two men and the two women to climb into the helicopter the fastest would advance to the next round. The others would be eliminated. Stunt #2: Worm Transfer Contestants would have to eat a shot of night crawlers, and then use their mouths to transfer night crawlers from a box to a scale. Sometime before time ran out, they would have to down a second shot of night crawlers. The two contestants to transfer the most weight in worms in 3 minutes would advance to the finals. Stunt #3: Car Thru Building Contestants would have to race a car up a ramp and crash it through a small house. Episode 6: Triple Beam Walk; Glass Walking; Magnetic Car Drop

Summary: Stunt #1: Triple Beam Walk High above the ground, contestants would have to walk three 40-foot long beams which were only 3½ inches wide. The beams were suspended at different levels, so contestants would have to climb rope ladders to get from one beam to the next. When they reached the end of the final beam, they would have to release a flag. The four contestants to complete this stunt the fastest or get the furthest the fastest before falling would advance to the next round. The others would be eliminated. Stunt #2: Glass Walking Contestants would have to walk on broken glass with bare feet. Summary: Stunt #1: Burning Building Contestants would have to climb a ladder and enter on the fourth floor of a firefighter training tower. Once inside, they would have to follow a hose line to a room where a fire was burning at upwards of 2,000 degrees, use the hose to put out the fire, find a rescue dummy in the smoke-filled room, and place the dummy in a basket outside the building. The two men and the two women to complete this stunt the fastest would advance to the next round. The others would be eliminated. Stunt #2: Scorpion Pit Contestants would have to lie in pit covered with over 3,000 scorpions for 3 minutes and 30 seconds. Summary: Stunt #1: Helicopter Flag Snag Contestants would have to hang from a helicopter skit and drop into the water below as the helicopter flew over a buoy. Once in the water, they would have to retrieve a flag from underneath the buoy, swim with it to a platform, and clip it on a flagpole. Summary: Stunt #1: Drowning Closet Contestants would be locked inside a Plexiglas cell as it filled with water. They would have to find which of four keys unlocked the two locks at the top of the cell and open the hatch to escape. The two men and the two women to complete this stunt the fastest would advance to the next round. The others would be eliminated. Stunt #2: Ostrich Egg Contestants would have 20 minutes to consume a three-pound raw ostrich egg. Everyone who drank their egg in the time limit would advance to the finals. Stunt #3: Merry-Go-Round Contestants would have to walk a narrow balance beam structure as it spun over 100 feet high. Extending out from the center were four limbs. They would have to take flags from the center and clip them on flagpoles at the end of each of the limbs. After clipping all four flags, they would have to return to the center to stop the clock. Summary: This was a Christmas-themed episode. Stunt #1: Scooter Plank Contestants would have to ride a motorized scooter across a 60-foot long, 12-inch wide balance beam over 100 feet in the air. The four contestants to get across the fastest or get the furthest before falling would advance to the next round. The others would be eliminated. Any contestants who got all the way across would get to keep their scooter. Summary: Stunt #1: Inverted Helicopter Contestants would be bound by their ankles and hung upside-down beneath a helicopter. They would have to find which of three keys unlocked the lock to their shackles and pull a release cord to drop into the water below. The two men and the two women to complete this stunt the fastest would advance to the next round. The others would be eliminated. Stunt #2: Horse Rectum Contestants would have to eat horse rectum. Summary: Stunt #1: Barrel Rolling Over seven stories high, contestants would have to stand on top of a large plastic pipe and use their feet to roll it across a set of beams from one rooftop to the other. The four contestants to complete this stunt the fastest would advance to the next round. The others would be eliminated. Stunt #2: Rat Transfer Going two at a time, contestants would have to use their mouths pick up dead rats from a table and toss them into buckets from behind barricades. Summary: Stunt #1: Spin Cycle Contestants would have to climb a rope ladder hanging from a spinning girder and cross monkey bars from one end of the girder to the other. Once they got to the end, they would have to release a flag and drop into the water below. As time went on, the girder would spin faster. The two men and the two women who stayed on the wheel the longest before falling would advance to the next round. The others would be eliminated. Stunt #2: Fear Factor Pizza Contestants would have to eat a slice of pizza consisting of bile-based crust, coagulated blood sauce, and stinky cheese. Summary: This was a special all-gross episode. Stunt #1: Bobbing in Blood Contestants would have to bob for plastic rings in a vat containing over 50 gallons of cow blood. The two men and the two women to retrieve the most rings in 2 minutes would advance to the next round. The others would be eliminated. Stunt #2: Tomato Hornworms Contestants would use a blowgun to shoot two darts at a display of tomatoes numbered 0, 3, 4, and 5. The total of the two numbers they hit would be the number of tomato horn worms they would have to eat. They would have 30 seconds per worm. Summary: This episode featured four couples competing as teams. Stunt #1: Save Your Spouse One person would be locked in a Plexiglas box and submerged in water. Their partner would have dive in, unlock three locks, and open the door. The person who was trapped in the box would then have to swim to the surface and pull a flag. The three couples to complete this stunt the fastest would advance to the next round. The slowest couple would be eliminated. Stunt #2: Roach Transfer One person would have to get mouthfuls of Madagascar hissing cockroaches from a box and transfer them to their partner by mouth. Summary: Stunt #1: Flatbed to Flatbed As a semi truck hauling two flatbed trailers drove down a runway at 35 miles per hour, contestants would have to jump a car off a ramp and clear the gap between the two trailers. In order to advance to the next round, their car would have to stay on the second trailer, which was oiled and slick. If their car did not clear the gap or went off the end of the trailer, they would be eliminated. Stunt #2: Worm Coffin With only a narrow tube to breath through, contestants would lie in a coffin and be buried with 500 pounds of earthworms. Summary: Stunt #1: Helicopter Boat Drag Contestants would be riding on a raft towed behind a speedboat as a helicopter flew overhead. They would have climb a rope hanging from the helicopter and release 6 flags before dropping 20 feet into the water. If contestants completed this stunt, they would win $1,000 advance to the next round. In the event that not everyone completed the stunt, the two men and the two women who got the most flags before falling would advance. Stunt #2: Mechanical Bull Buffet Contestants would have to eat a combination of bull parts including spinal cord, spleen, and hairy snout. Before eating, contestants would ride a mechanical bull. If they stayed on for at least 8 seconds, they could eliminate one of the food items from their plate. Stunt #1 (Fremont rope swing) Hanging high above the Fremont Street Experience were three platforms, each with two knotted ropes between them. Contestants would have to use the ropes to swing from the first platform the third platform. The two men and the two women to complete this stunt the fastest would advance to the next round. Episode 26: Go Cart Chicken; Fear Factor Basketball; Water Rotisserie

Summary: Stunt #1: Go Cart Chicken Contestants would have to race a go-kart down a track suspended over 100 feet in the air. They would have to stop their front wheels between a yellow line and the end of the track. If they stopped short or went off the end, they would be eliminated. Stunt #2: Fear Factor Basketball Contestants would have to shoot basketball from four predetermined spots. Each time they missed a basket, they would have to drink an 8-ounce glass of blended night crawlers, red worms, super worms, and Madagascar hissing cockroaches. Everyone who drank their respective amounts of blended worms and roaches would advance to the finals. Stunt #3: Water Rotisserie Contestants would be shackled by one wrist, both ankles, and their waist to a Plexiglas platform. Summary: This semi-final round featured twelve of this season's 24 winners. The two contestants remaining at the end of this episode would win a new 2004 Mazda RX-8 and advance to the final episode where they would compete with the two winners of the next semi-final episode for the title of Fear Factor Grand Champion and $100,000. Stunt #1 (Head-to-head floor drop) Contestants would be inside a Plexiglas box over 100 feet above the ground. Going two at a time with a divider between them, they would have to search through 20 keys on the wall and find the correct key to unlock a box and pull a ripcord. The two contestants remaining at the end of this episode would win a new 2004 Mazda RX-8 and advance to the final episode where they would compete with the two winners of the previous semi-final episode for the title of Fear Factor Grand Champion and $100,000. Stunt #1 (Double helicopter drop) Going two at a time, contestants would be hanging by trapeze bars under a helicopter. As the helicopter flew over a group of 12 buoys, they would have to drop into the water and search under the buoys for flags. There was one yellow flag and one orange flag hidden among the buoys.
