Summary: Reardon gains the advantage against the Americans when he uncovers their connection to the DEA and unites the other suppliers in a boycott against them. Mary learns that Blackmire is a CIA front, but worries that releasing the information could be risky to her operation and career. Adding to her problems is a volatile Julianna, whose unpredictable behaviour continues to threaten the Blackmire investigation.
