Summary: Everyone's favorite obsessive-compulsive house flipper, Jeff Lewis is back. Jeff and his business partner Ryan have taken on a historic restoration project to cope with the changing real estate market. The "flip-outs" begin when Jeff's new boss gives him a taste of his own medicine and accuses him of not working hard enough.

Summary: Jeff is under a lot of pressure to sell his Ben Lomond home, but with the market on the decline, things are not looking good. Jeff can't afford any more mistakes and when he gets the wrong shade of drapes he has a meltdown. But despite all the drama, Jeff always makes time for his staff. He commissions an original abstract portrait for Zoila as a special birthday gift, but not being an art connoisseur, the gift doesn't go over well.
